Turnout
Trees provide natural shade and shelter

With a maximum of 10 boarded horses at any time and situated on nearly 11 acres, Park Oaks provides ample turnout space. Divided into 5 separate turnout areas, horses are rotated to provide time for pastures to rest between periods of grazing.

Weather permitting, horses are turned out everyday Monday through Saturday. Boarders may use the turnout facilities on Sundays but must remain on the premises while their horse is out.

Horses will remain in turnout for as long as possible during the day, depending on weather, pasture condition, disposition of the horse, etc. To ensure the safety and security of our boarders horses, fencing is either post and rail, electric, or a mix of the two.
